The 13 mile East Section consists of an 8 mile road walk and 3 miles of trail in Butler County and a 2 mile trail in Armstrong County through the Trailtown of Parker.

There is an 8 mile road walk between the State Game Land 95 West and E. Eldorado Rd trailhead in SGL 95 East.

It passes by historic oil industry artifacts, stone arch bridges from the original Rt 268 road, and a rock city.
