Start the season off with a bang. Meet our new ADK-Onondaga Trail Chair, Harold, and join the camaraderie with veteran trail workers.

We will review NCNST and Finger Lakes Trail (FLT) steward maintenance criteria and reporting procedures with a “boots on the ground, hands on the tool” hike on a section of the FLT and NCT in Onondaga County’s Highland Forest, near Fabius, NY.

• Pack the 10 essentials in your day pack, wear waterproofed boots, and bring gloves, lunch, and water.
• Dress appropriately for the weather.
• Tools are supplied. No experience needed!

After a brief presentation, we will head out on the trail and practice our trail maintenance skills.
