SUMMARY:Allegheny National Forest Chapter: First-Day Hike
DESCRIPTION:Join the Allegheny National Forest Chapter as we start the new 
 year with a lovely hike in the ANF!\n\n\n\nWe will meet at the Rt 6 Trailh
 ead at 10:00 AM EST. The Trailhead is located on Rt 6 about 2 miles east o
 f Ludlow at N 41° 42.650’ W 078° 54.550’ (41.71083\, -78.90917). You
  can also follow this link to the spot on the NCTA interactive map or in G
 oogle Maps.\n\nWe’ll head south toward the Tionesta Scenic Area. On the 
 way we’ll see wooded ridgelines\, a beautiful stream valley\, and we’l
 l pass through a rock cliff.\n\nIt is about 5 miles to get to Fox’s Dam 
 and back\, or 10.8 miles to go to FR 133E at the Tionesta Scenic Area and 
 back. The length of the hike can be adjusted based on the desires of the p
 articipants.\n\nPlease come prepared for the hike dressed in appropriate l
 ayers for the weather\, and carrying your own food and water. Friendly dog
