National Trails Day – First Midweek Trailwork Day
Come celebrate National Trails Day with the Allegheny National Forest Chapter! Give back to the trail by helping 
prepare the southern 50 miles of the NCT through the ANF for summer hikers. We’ll be working on mowing, brush cutting, clearing the trail, and some small projects.
Meet at the Minister Rd Trailhead. The trailhead is located on Minister Rd about 1.5 miles south of SR 2002 (Heart’s Content Rd) or 2.5 miles north of Rt 666. Google Maps
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and bring your own water, food, and work gloves. All tools are provided and no special skills are needed. We encourage people that are new to trail work to come out and give back to the trail. There will be a job for you and a person to teach you what to do. Remember that “many hands make light work”.
