August Trail Work Day
The Allegheny National Forest Chapter’s August trail work day will start on Saturday, August 9 at 10:00 AM EDT at the Amsler Spring Trailhead, located along Salmon Creek Rd, FR 145, about 1 ¼ miles north of Guitonville Rd.

Work includes clearing the trail and dealing with some drainage issues.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and bring your own water, food, and work gloves. All tools are provided and no special skills are needed. We encourage people new to trail work to come out and give back to the trail. There will be a job for you and a person to teach you what to do. Remember that “many hands make light work”.
