Meet up with the Allegheny National Forest Chapter at 10:00am on Sunday, Aug 11 at the Amsler Spring Trailhead.

The Trailhead is located along Salmon Creek Rd, FR 145, about 1 ¼ miles north of Guitonville Rd at N 41° 28.197’ W 79° 11.951’. You can also follow this link to the spot on the NCTA interactive map.

Plans for the day include: mid-summer mowing, repairing some trail, and putting in a small reroute.

All tools are provided and no special skills are needed. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and bring your own water, food, and work gloves.

We encourage people new to trail work to come out and give back to the trail. There will be a job for you and a person to teach you what to do. Remember that “many hands make light work”.
