Join the NCTA Chief Noonday Chapter on this out-and-back hike. On-road with natural, fairly flat surfaces. Hike distance can be three or nine miles. We’ll be walking along Coldwater Creek, which is shaded, and we’ll hopefully be viewing bluebells and other wildflowers.

Meet at the Dolan Nature Sanctuary (10350 Baker Ave. SE, Alto). No dogs, if planning to do the long hike. There are no restrooms on site.

There is a wood stove bakery across the street with cookies and various breads for sale. Option post-hike gathering at the River Dog Tavern (117 W. Main St., Middleville).
