Help the Chief Noonday Chapter with a major project to be completed over many months: building about a mile of trail to eliminate the roadwalk on Crane Rd. north of Middleville.

The new trail will run through public and private land (thank you to all of our landowners!). We will be focused on brush clearing and tread construction – benching the trail by digging into a hill to level out the tread.

The Chapter will supply some tools, but please bring mattocks or pulaskis if you have them, as well as lopping shears, pruning shears, or pruning saws. Bring sturdy gloves and wear long pants and sleeves even if it’s warm. Wear sunscreen and bug spray, and bring plenty of water and snacks. Plan to get dirty! We will work until around lunchtime.
