SUMMARY:Chief Noonday Chapter August Work Day
DESCRIPTION:Help the Chief Noonday Chapter with a major project: building a
  major reroute to eliminate the roadwalk on Crane Rd. north of Middleville
 \, MI.\n\nWe will build over a mile of new trail through public and privat
 e land (thank you to all of our landowners!). We will be focused on brush 
 clearing and tread construction- benching the trail by digging into a hill
  to level out the tread. This is a big project that will be completed over
  multiple months.\n\nThe Chapter will supply some tools\, but please bring
  mattocks or pulaskis if you have them\, as well as lopping shears\, pruni
 ng shears\, or pruning saws. Bring sturdy gloves and wear long pants and s
 leeves even if it’s warm. Wear sunscreen and bug spray\, and bring plent
 y of water and snacks. Plan to get dirty! We will work until around luncht
 ime.\n\nOptional Breakfast: We will meet at 8 AM at Thornapple Kitchen in 
 Middleville.
