You’re invited to join the NCTA Dakota Prairie Chapter as we enjoy a moderately easy 2.5-mile loop hike through the woods of the Ekre Grasslands Preserve. During the hike the children will play the Tree Cookie Hunt. After the hike we will have a campfire where we will make and enjoy S’mores. There will also be Halloween games.

Ekre Grassland Preserve: From Fargo, travel south on I29 to Exit 48; travel west on Hwy 46 approximately 15 miles to ND Hwy 18; travel south on Hwy 18 for 5 miles; just after crossing the Sheyenne River, turn left and then Ekre Trailhead and meeting place will be on the right.
