Fort Custer trailhead (the corner of W. Michigan Ave./M96 and Fort Custer Dr. Augusta, MI,) Work will be cleaning up over growth encroaching the trail.  Trail head is on Ft. Custer Drive just off of M-96– 1/10^th mile east of Augusta.  9 AM Start time.

The trail has become overgrown and volunteers will be using loppers and pruners (bring your own if possible) to open up the trail for easy hiking!  Not strenuous work – but important!   Rain date Sunday Nov.  21.
