Our next meeting of the NCTA Grand Traverse Chapter Tuesday, October 21 at 7:00 pm at the Boardman River Nature Center in Traverse City, Michigan.

Please join Sara Cockrell as she shares some of her favorite memories of her international hut-to-hut hikes in the Italian Dolomites, Switzerland, New Zealand, Patagonia, Everest, Pyrenees, Corsica, Norway, and Iceland. If you enjoy stunning mountain views, you will be in awe, too, especially when tandem skydiving from 12,000 feet over the Remarkable Mountains in New Zealand, admiring the world’s tallest mountains from Gokyo Ri at 17,858 feet, stuck in a gondola on Mont Blanc, and tandem parasailing in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. Every hike is an adventure; you just never know what to expect around the next corner!
