Spring Hike in Tamarac

Join the Laurentian Lakes Chapter and enjoy a spring hike through Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge on the North Country Trail.
We will begin at the Old Indian Trailhead in Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge. From Detroit Lakes, head east on MN State HWY 34 for 7.5 miles, then north on Becker CO. HWY 29 for 8 miles. The trailhead is on the east side of the road.
This is an out and back hike so you choose your distance from 2 to 5 miles. Bring water, wear sturdy shoes, and be prepared for ticks.
