DESCRIPTION:Join the Laurentian Lakes Chapter and enjoy a spring hike throu
 gh Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge on the North Country Trail.\n\nWe will
  begin at the Old Indian Trailhead in Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge. Fr
 om Detroit Lakes\, head east on MN State HWY 34 for 7.5 miles\, then north
  on Becker CO. HWY 29 for 8 miles. The trailhead is on the east side of th
 e road.\n\nThis is an out and back hike so you choose your distance from 2
  to 5 miles. Bring water\, wear sturdy shoes\, and be prepared for ticks.\
