You’re invited to our annual volunteer awards ceremony. It’s virtual this year, so you can help us honor some especially exceptional folks from the comfort of your own home – and there’s no shortage of seats so please bring friends and family! These awards are organized into 16 different categories. They’re presented to volunteers, partners, landowners, and supporters who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and achievements supporting the trail on the ground or in their communities. The National Park Service will also recognize volunteers who have reached cumulative hour milestones, including 100, 200, and even 1000 hours and more.

It’s inspiring to witness such a wide variety of skill, stewardship, and support – an excellent reminder that all you really need is dedication to make a big difference for the North Country Trail.
