Events

Join the NCTA Ni-Miikanaake Chapter volunteers for a workday. Meet at the Powers Bluff Overlook Trailhead, (Michigan Mile Marker MI-7.5; GPS: 46.57552, -90.32471). We will blaze, trim, and install Carsonites at various points in this trail system. We anticipate 3-4 hours of work.

The trail is mainly forested, with some grassy stretches. Participants may wish to bring trail work tools such as loppers. Water, snacks, and mosquito nets are strongly suggested. There is no water or restrooms immediately on-site. Cell phone reception is spotty, better on the higher elevations.
