The Spirit of the Woods Chapter‘s August hike will be on Saturday, August 2 at 9 am.

Dan Driesenga will be the hike leader. Please RSVP to spw@northcountrytrail.org, or text or call our hike coordinator, Loren Bach, at 231 510-1983 to RSVP.

We will begin at the trailhead of Nine Mile Bridge on Skocelas Road and plan to go southbound. This is river-access parking and spots are limited, so please carpool. (You will need a federal pass for your car if you park at the river access). Alternatively, Skocelas Road and Riverside Roads aren’t heavily traveled and you can park on the shoulder.
