SUMMARY:Sheyenne River Valley Segment Hikes!
DESCRIPTION:Join the Sheyenne River Valley Chapter as they continue their S
 egment Hikes! program where they're in the 2nd year of a 4-year challenge 
 to hike their entire trail section.\n\nTo qualify for the program award\, 
 participants must complete all four segments either on the date of the hik
 e or on their own within 30 days after each hike date. The planned award f
 or completing this program is a $25 credit to the NCTA Trail Shop for NCT 
 swag purchases.\n\nOn the 12th\, meet at the Rosebud Visitors Center at 5p
 m to carpool from Valley City to the Wesley Acres Trailhead for a 4.5-mile
  hike to Katie Olson's Landing. Please bring a sack dinner to enjoy along 
 the trail. Group camping is optional and there will be a shuttle provided 
 to either the campground or back to Valley City.\n\nOn the 13th\, meet at 
 the Rosebud Visitors Center at 9am for the carpool shuttle up to Katie Ols
 on's Landing to begin the 5-mile guided hike to Baldhill Dam. After lunch\
 , there will be a shuttle back to either Valley City or the Campground.\n\
