SUMMARY:Trail Building In the Chippewa National Forest
DESCRIPTION:The Star of the North Chapter is building new trail in the Chip
 pewa National Forest to eliminate a road walk along Highway 6 north of Rem
 er. This trail will eventually connect with new trail the Arrowhead chapte
 r has been working on.\n\nThe work trip will include clearing trees in a c
 orridor that is flagged and creating new trail tread. Hand tools will be u
 sed for this work. Safety gear and training will be provided.\n\nCome join
  the group for one day or the entire trip. Free camping at the Schoolcraft
  State Park Group Camp will be available as well as breakfasts and suppers
