 ks off with refreshments and a Chapter meeting. This is a fantastic opport
 unity to learn about the North Country Trail (NCT) and our welcoming West 
 Michigan trail community.\nAttendees will learn how to advocate for the pr
 otection of the NCT\, including ways to work on the trail and participate 
 in efforts to combat invasive species like Oriental Bittersweet and Autumn
  Olive. Protecting trails and parks extends beyond the NCT\, and our WMI C
 hapter benefits from partnerships with the Kent Conservation District and 
 Kent County Parks Department. We will share various opportunities to get i
 nvolved and volunteer\, including activities right at Fallasburg Park.\nAt

 the trailhead\, or drive and park. The NCT will take us through the Lowell
  State Game Area\, and we will hike to Griddle Rd.\nFeel free to attend ju
