Complete and submit this form for your event(s) to be featured on the NCTA event calendar. The calendar is intended to promote events hosted and/or attended by NCTA Chapters, Affiliates, and staff, and National Park Service staff representing the North Country Trail. Any representative of those may utilize this form; all submissions will be reviewed by NCTA staff. If you have questions or need adjustments to published events, please email events@northcountrytrail.org.

One event per form submission. Please allow 3-5 business days for the calendar to be populated with your submission(s). Email events@northcountrytrail.org with questions or change requests.

Consider that participants may be completely new to the NCT, your Chapter, this activity, and/or this location. The following details aren't required to be addressed, but consider them as you write your description: What will participants experience during this event? What is the weather like in this area this time of year? What is the terrain and trail tread like here? (e.g. paved, gravel, rocky, sandy, hilly, muddy, etc.) What’s the total hiking distance of this event? Is it a loop or out-and-back? Are there restrooms available on-site or nearby? Is the location handicap accessible? Do participants need to be aware of a hunting season? Do participants need to bring any particular supplies or clothing? Are any particular skills or certifications necessary or required to participate? Is cell phone service or wifi available? Does the meeting point (e.g. parking area or trailhead) have a name or landmark associated with it? Is there any kind of fee associated with the location or event?
