Help the Ni-Miikanaake Chapter brush and clear trail.

We will start at the Powers/Lake Rd. east trailhead in the parking lot.

We have some tools available, but if you have a weed whacker, loppers, pruning shears, or your favorite trail-clearing tool, please bring it along. There will also be chainsaw work, but we will have that covered in our tool trailer. If you have a chance or want to bring one feel free as we anticipate a lot of trees down through this entire section of trail.

The terrain is fairly flat, and this will be an out-and-back workout, so the total mileage will depend on how far we go.

If we have enough people we might have two crews go out, one from the east and one from the west at the overlook on Powers Road.

Please dress accordingly. We could have brilliant sunshine, could be hot, could be cold, could be rainy, so bring what will make you comfortable. Bring lunch and plenty of water.
