Hike through the Douglas County Wildlife Area near Solon Springs with leaders from the Brule-St. Croix Chapter, from US 53 to Bird Sanctuary Road and return, 5 miles.
A good opportunity to see early winged migrants and emerging fall flora.
Meet at the US 53 Trailhead, just north of the intersection of Holly Lucius Road and US 53, Solon Springs, WI.
Come prepared for the weather, bring water and snacks.
