First Trail Work Day of 2026!
We invite you to join the Allegheny National Forest Chapter for our first trail work day of 2026 on Sunday, Feb 22!
Our meeting time is 10:00 AM EST at the Henrys Mill Trailhead. It’s located on Rt 666, about 3.5 miles south of Rt 948 on the SE side of the bridge over the Tionesta Creek.

We’ll be working on clearing the trail of winter blowdowns.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and bring your own water, food, and work gloves. All tools are provided and no special skills are needed. We encourage people new to trail work to come out and give back to the trail. There will be a job for you and a person to teach you what to do. Remember that “many hands make light work”.
