Come celebrate North Country Trail Day with the Brule-St. Croix Chapter! Boy, do we have a fun day planned. The day will start with canoeing on Upper St. Croix Lake starting at 10:00 a.m. We will launch the canoes from Palmer’s Landing. The canoes are provided by the Canoes on Wheels program, but feel free to bring your own canoe or kayak if you’d prefer.

Following canoeing, there will be a potluck picnic. Please bring a dish to share with the appropriate serving utensil. The Brule-St. Croix Chapter will provide plates, utensils, napkins, etc.

After lunch, we will hike the portage trail. It’s about a 5.0 mile roundtrip from Palmer’s Landing. Please bring what you need to hike like trekking poles, water, snacks, bug spray, and sunscreen.
