A small crew of Volunteer Vacation participants recently helped to maintain 7 miles of the North Country Trail within the Chippewa National Forest in northcentral Minnesota.  Thanks go out to Frank Cadwell (MN), Robert Duffield (TX), and Rick Koenig (KS) for volunteering and also to co-crew leader Phil Nimps of the NCTA’s Star of the North Chapter for all his help!

Specifically, the crew mowed and lopped trail sections for which the Star of the North and Arrowhead Chapters do not currently have trail adopters for.
