The Trail Shop is open 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is closed Saturday, Sunday, and all federal holidays. If you plan to visit, please consider contacting us ahead of time to ensure that we’ll be open.

- NPS Passport Stamp. The NCTA Headquarters and Trail Shop is one location trail enthusiasts can collect a Passport To Your National Parks® stamp for the North Country National Scenic Trail. (See other locations here.) The passport books are not available for purchase from the NCTA Trail Shop, but you can find them at the online Passport To Your National Parks® store. If the NCTA Headquarters and Trail Shop is closed when you’re visiting Lowell, you can mail or email instead and we’ll send you a stamped label. Please provide your name, mailing address, and the date you visited.
