· Location of hike: Start/finish at Osseo Heritage Days Festival at the NCTA Chief Baw Beese Chapter tent (near MI-1157). Hike to the Tripp Rd. trailhead (MI-1160.75)

· Total mileage: Approximately 7.5 miles

· Hike start: 8:00 a.m.

· Hike details: The hike will start at OsseoFest in downtown Osseo. We will hike to the Tripp Rd trailhead (MI-1160.75), then head back to Osseo. The start and finish will be at the NCTA Chief Baw Beese Chapter tent at the Festival. River crossings via logs are present on this section of trail as well as a section of paved road walk through Osseo. The hike will be approximately 7.5 miles total. There will be restrooms at the festival location, but no restrooms will be available during the hike. Please practice Leave No Trace principles. The hike is dog-friendly, but dogs must be on a 6′ leash at all times. The hike is also family-friendly, but the use of strollers will be extremely limited. Limited cellular service in this area.
