This out-and-back hike with the Chequamegon Chapter will start at the Reynard Lake trailhead (46.388399, -19.283694) and go 2 miles north into the Rainbow Lake Wilderness.

It will feature Reynard Lake, a campsite/picnic area on the north end of Reynard Lake, several new reroutes, and Bufo Lake.

After returning, participants who want a longer hike will have an opportunity to do a 1.5 mile out-and-back hike south to Nelson Lake.

We suggest that you dress for the weather and bugs, wear a hat, bring bug repellant (perhaps a bug head net), water, lunch, and a snack.
