This is the 3rd Sheyenne River Valley Chapter Challenge Segment Hike and will take hikers down the scenic Sheyenne River Valley along CR-19/River Road.

Meet at the Rosebud Visitors Center (250 West Main Street, Valley City) at 8:30am to carpool to the Baldhill Dam Trailhead. Drive to the end of the road past the Corps office. GPS: 47.035876, -98.083591. Click here for an ArcGIS map link.

Plan to enjoy lunch together at the end of this 4.5-mile hike to Faust Park north of Valley City.

Restrooms will be available at the start and end of the hike.
