Hike and Yoga in the Woods

Join the NCTA Wampum Chapter for hiking and yoga.
We will meet at Cannelton Road State Game Lands parking at 3:00 p.m. We will promptly start our 1-mile hike to the Watts Mill Bridge. This will give us time to stretch our muscles. On the bridge, we will be practicing yoga instructed by Rita. (This is a free class that Rita has so graciously offered. There will be a small tip jar for donations.) We will cool down and reflect on our 1-mile hike back to the parking lot.
This event is limited to 20 participants. Please RSVP via Meetup. Please bring a yoga mat, proper hiking shoes, and plenty of water. Email wam@northcountrytrail.org with questions.
