I’m interested in supporting the 501(c)(3) charity North Country Trail Association (EIN: 38-2423480). The Association is the steward for the North Country National Scenic Trail, and supports vital volunteers and members’ efforts for building, maintaining, and protecting the Trail. I have heard many companies will match charitable donations or volunteer hours made by their employees. This would mean my time and giving to the North Country Trail Association could go even further in making a difference for the Trail. Please let me know if our company offers a program like this, and how I can sign up to have my donation to the North Country Trail Association matched.
Did you know your time equals money for the North Country National Scenic Trail? Many companies across the country have a contribution program that donates cash grants to approved/vetted nonprofit organizations based on the time an employee volunteers. What a great way to double the impact you are making for this beautiful Trail, and a great way for companies to make a difference in their communities.
