Join the NCTA Allegheny National Forest Chapter for a fall hike through the beautiful Minister Creek Valley and back.

Our meeting time is 10:00 a.m. at the Minister Road trailhead, located on Minister Road about 1.5 miles south of State Road 2002 (Heart’s Content Road) or 2.5 miles north of Route 666 (GPS coordinates 41.65531, -79.15133). We will do an out-and-back hike southwest on the NCNST. It is about 3.6 miles to go to Minister Creek and back, 7 miles to go as far as Forest Road 419, and about 11 miles to get all the way to Forest Road 116 and back. The length of the hike can be adjusted based on the desires of the participants.

Please come prepared for the hike dressed in appropriate layers for the weather, and carrying your own food and water. Friendly dogs are welcome. We hope to see you down the Trail.
