ANF November Guided Hike
Join the NCTA Allegheny National Forest Chapter for a late fall hike passing through our partially completed reroute off of Branch Road, and a beautiful rock city above Branch Creek, and over the ridgeline to Four Mile Bridge. Our meeting time is 10:00 a.m. at Kelletville in the parking lot, next to the bridge and across from the Army Corps campground (GPS coordinates N 41° 32.697’ W 79° 15.323’).
We will do an out-and-back hike south on the NCNST. It is about 5.5 miles to go to the rock city and back, or about 8.2 miles to go out to the Four Mile Bridge and return. The length of the hike can be adjusted based on the desires of the participants.
Please come prepared for the hike dressed in appropriate layers for the weather, and carrying your own food and water. Friendly dogs are welcome. We hope to see you down the trail.
