National Trails Day Nature Hike with the Arrowhead Chapter
Join the Arrowhead Chapter at 1:00 on Saturday, June 3rd on National Trails Day for a nature hike led by local trails enthusiast “Hot Beef”! (See more about National Trails Day here.
The hike is approximately 3 miles along the Prairie River section of the North Country Trail. There will be a hike lead and a sweep, so all levels and styles of hikers welcome – come solo or bring the fam!
Our trail lead, Zach “Hot Beef” Johns is a 17-year Superior Hiking Trail volunteer and founder of the IRC Adventure Club. Carolin Humpal is our sweep and an invaluable Arrowhead Chapter board member and volunteer.
Make sure to bring all that you would need to make your hiking experience a pleasure. We will practice LNT values along this hike.
