Group Hike on National Public Lands Day

Join members of the NCTA Arrowhead Chapter for a group hike!
- When: Saturday, September 28, National Public Lands Day
- Where: Meet at Tioga Beach parking lot (GPS coordinates 47.229103, -93.612242)
- Time: 10:00 a.m. (hike to start after a brief tailgate talk)
- Distance: Hikers can hike as their schedule allows with either an out-and-back type of hike, or join Amanda for an approximately 2.5-hour “thru-hike” from Tioga Beach to the intersection of 17 and Northwoods Trail (about 4 miles one-way) on the newly created path of the North Country National Scenic Trail through public and private lands in Itasca County.
*In the case of rain this event will be cancelled and we will try again next year! If only drizzle or chance of rain, then the hike will proceed so please dress accordingly.
