The NCTA Chief Noonday Chapter is hosting a workday to pull garlic mustard. This is an invasive species that overgrows native plants. (Search “garlic mustard” on Google or YouTube.) This is relatively light work and a great time to catch up with other workday volunteers that you haven’t seen since last fall. Please always check the weather to dress appropriately. No tools needed, just water and work gloves (optional).

Meet at the trailhead parking lot at 704 E. Augusta Drive in Augusta (GPS coordinates: 42.34119, -85.34691). Work until 1:00 p.m. or as long as you’d like. Lunch afterward is optional at Player’s Bar and Grill in Augusta.
