National Trails Day, Heritage Chapter Hike

The NCTA Heritage Chapter and ICORE (Iron Country Outdoor Recreational Enthusiasts) are sponsoring a guided hike on the NCNST on National Trails Day: Saturday, June 4.
Meet at Wren Falls at 10:00 a.m. (GPS coordinates: 46.397940, -90.507129). We will hike to Porcupine Hill and back, about four miles. Part of it is uphill. Wear appropriate clothing, and bring water and lunch.
Directions to Wren Falls, from Highway 51/77, four-way stop in Hurley, Wisc.: Take Highway 77 (left) out of Hurley, go 15.5 miles to Casey Sag Road. Turn right (north), go seven miles staying left at the junctions, and you will see signs to Wren Falls. Turn left (south) up the forest road for 1.5 miles, park, and walk to falls. Follow blue blazes to the bridge.
