Events

This is your chance to give back to the North Country National Scenic Trail and experience trail building with an experienced crew. Join the Wisconsin Roving Trail Crew for a day or all week, to construct two trail structures (puncheon) and complete nearby Trail in the beautiful Wren Falls area. Commute one or more days, or experience camp life. The crew camps in beautiful locations (not in campgrounds) and provides the base camp setup including hot shower, privy, kitchen, etc. While camping, experience good conversation and camaraderie, campfires, dark skies and star gazing, and an opportunity to take a short evening hike on a nearby portion of the Trail. Food is provided. Attendance is limited.

Bring all personal sleeping arrangements, clothing for work and camp (all expected weather), work boots and gloves, bug dope, day pack with minimum 2L water capacity, etc.
