Join the NCTA Sheyenne River Valley Chapter on an evening Halloween hike. Meet at Medicine Wheel Park at 6:30 p.m. for a two-mile hike to the Dairy Queen for a Dilly Bar on the Chapter. A car shuttle will be provided back to Medicine Wheel Park after the hike. This hike will mostly be on the streets of Valley City. May be chilly this time of year.
