Join the NCTA Wampum Chapter on a hike that will follow the North Country Trail / Slippery Rock Gorge Trail to Walnut Flats. We will take a break to catch our breath at the flats before returning back. On the way back, we will take a little detour to see the falls. Total distance is about 9 miles, out and back.

This trail is rated difficult with multiple elevation changes. You may bow out (turn around) at anytime. Trekking poles are helpful. Please bring plenty of water and a snack. Sturdy hiking shoes are a must.
