Events

The NCTA Wampum Chapter will meet at the NCNST state line parking area. This is the large lot on the Pennsylvania side. This is a 6-mile moderate hike.

We will depart for our hike promptly at 8:00 p.m. We will hike to the lookout and back. The hike will take up through Booth Hill, giving us a wide view of the night sky.

Hiking at night is a little more difficult than day hiking. Please bring a headlamp, trekking poles, or hiking stick, and make sure to wear proper hiking shoes or boots.

The pace at night is naturally a little slower. We will stick together as a group the entire hike. Attendance is limited to 25 participants. Please RSVP via Meetup. Questions? Email Tina and Yvette at wampumncta@gmail.com.
