Learn. Reflect. Implement.
Supporting the current network of leaders within the North Country Trail Community and creating space for new leaders is critical to the work we do. NCTA’s Leadership Summit aims to bring together those in a leadership role in NCTA Chapters and Affiliate organizations, and our Next Generation Coalition to learn from experts in different fields, and reflect on how what we learned can be beneficial to the North Country Trail and the development of our leaders as individuals.
Whether it be learning to navigate the generational shift, exploring the importance of whose stories we tell or learning leadership basics, each session will give you an opportunity to learn from the experts, have discussion with peers and identify some tangible next steps to improve how we work.
Fall 2021
Participants can sign up for each session independently, but joining for all three is ideal.
