Border battle: Twin Cities Public TV to feature NCT in MN’s National Park Legacy program on Sunday
Categories: Uncategorized
Good job Bill, Tom, and the NCTA volunteers in Wisconsin getting the excellent coverage of the NCT on Wisconsin Public TV.
Here in Minnesota we don’t like to be outdone by our neighbors across the St. Croix/Mississippi River in the Badger (Cheeshead?) State. So, a day before the Vikings-Packers rivalry heats up again on Monday Night Football, we’ve got another way to “compete” with our good friends in gold and green. I would encourage folks in Minnesota (and western Wisconsin if you get TPT2) to check out the TV program entitled Minnesota’s National Park Legacy which will be debuting this Sunday (10/4) on Twin Cities Public TV at 6:30pm. There is a 5-minute segment featuring the North Country Trail with our very own John Leinen, Dan Watson from the NPS, and footage from the Trail in Jay Cooke State Park by Carlton.
