Join the Chief Noonday Chapter for a trail cleanup day!

One section of the NCT that tracks the Battle Creek Linear Trail is subject to littering – being close to a rural road. This Saturday workday we’ll clean up the litter while offering an opportunity to make friends who also like to clean up other people’s junk (parents would probably be perfect for this).

It is expected to be light work, walking about 1 mile out and returning on the same route. Anything that is too bad will be reported to the Battle Creek Parks Department for removal.

We will meet off of Dickman Rd. – Brady Rd. and Brydges Dr. There are several parking lots for local factories, so you may need to check out a couple of lots, but we plan to have signs to direct you. In the NCTA website Trail Map mile 1079.5.

Dress appropriately for the weather.

Following the pick-up we may go to Player’s Grill in Augusta for refreshments.
