Events

Chief Noonday was recently able to bring the NCT back off-road, leading into Kellogg Experimental forest northwest of Augusta. It recently became clear that this new section of the Trail is in need of grooming and blazing along the route; both new blue blazes as well as blacking out old blazes. This easy workday will offer a good chance to improve existing Trail, make new friends, and socialize with old friends!

Bring gloves, bug spray, loppers and probably long pants and long sleeves.

Some may want to plan on lunch/refreshments in Augusta following the workday.

Meet at the parking lot off on the west side of 42nd St. 1/2 mile south of M-89.
