You’re invited to the Dakota Prairie Chapter’s Winter Trails Day event at M.B. Johnson Park in Moorhead, MN that is part of Frostival. Due to the low snowfall this winter so far, what exactly will happen at the event is still undetermined.

If we get more snow before this coming weekend, we will offer XC skiing, snowshoeing, and skishoeing mini-clinics on the hour (12, 1, 2, and 3pm). All necessary equipment and instruction to use at the clinic will be provided free of charge.

If we don’t get more snow before this weekend, we will instead offer guided winter ecology hikes on the hour (12, 1, 2, and 3pm).

Either way, we’ll have treats and warm drinks and NCT information inside the heated trailhead building. Find more details here.
