5.2 miles one way. Hike out and back, as far as you want to go.
Meet at Goose Pond Trailhead parking (near Pines Campground)

Much of this pine forest trail follows Wilderness Park Trails, including Swampline, Nebo, East Ridge, and Red Pine. It crosses East Boundary Trail. Note that Wilderness Park marks their trail intersections. Park rules apply when hiking Park trails.
