Sunday, August 25th The Wampum Chapter will be in Minerva, Ohio to work on rerouting the road south of town.

Meet at the McDonald’s – 601 E Lincoln Way, Minerva, OH 44657 – at 1:00 PM and we’ll go over the map and distribute paint and supplies.

With enough crew we’ll be able to work west to east, east to west, and also have some folks painting over the old blazes south of town. Hoping to have three or four two-person teams so we can knock this project out in a couple of hours. All help will be appreciated!

This stretch of road walk is currently in the process of being rerouted. Please be aware blazing may be inconsistent, wrong, or absent through this area. Detour as follows: eastbound- follow the NCT along Lorric Rd. to the intersection with Arrow Rd., head North. Follow for about 1.5 miles until it turns into Murray St. Continue North to the intersection of Line St and the town of Minerva. Follow Line St due East. The road becomes Major Rd – continue East until you intersect with the NCT again along Malibu Rd.
