NCT Long-distance hikers making significant progress!

Laurentian Lakes Chapter completes new boardwalk

On June 24th, volunteers with the Laurentian Lakes Chapter replaced a crumbling boardwalk damaged by ATVs and built a new 82′ long boardwalk to replace it.  The location of the project is about 3 miles east of the County Hwy 39 trailhead (just west of Itasca State Park’s western boundary) on NCTA hiking map #MN-10.
